- August 24th, 2011. 25/08/2011: Dialogue in the Dark exhibition has made a big hit in New York City at it's grand opening on August 20th at the South Street Seaport!. The exhibition has been brought to the big Apple by Premier Exhibitions who has already had a permanent exhibition in Atlanta. The media was completely blown away! - August 16th, 2011. 16/08/2011: Dialogue in the Dark exhibition made its first appearance in the African continent when it was opened to the public on August 3, 2011 at the Sci-Bono Discovery Centre, Johannesburg, South Africa. The exhibition has been brought to South Africa by the South African National Council for the Blind. The exhibition was running to full capacity within 10 days of its opening last weekend! 19/07/2011: Argentina’s Minister of Education visits the Dialogue in the Dark exhibition in Buenos Aires. Singing and enjoying a simulated boat tour, in complete darkness, the minister of education and all his team visited the recently-opened “Diaologo en la Oscuridad,” where Jose Macias, DSE Human resources Manager for Latin America and former Dialogue in the Dark guide introduced the team of Argentine bureaucrats to the DID concept during a short visit to the exhibition.

01/07/2011: Dr Andreas Heinecke has been appointed as Honorary Professor of Social Business at the EBS Business School as part of the Danone Endowed Chair of Social Business.The Chair, unique in its kind in Germany, will advance research in the field of social business and develop new entrepreneurial models for application in industrialized countries.

30/06/2011: Touching Fashion exhibition opens its doors in Moscow, Russia. The Dialogue in the Dark exhibition in conjunction with Brezgraniz Couture present a new way to experience fashion—In the dark. The Touching Fashion exhibition takes place during the International Trade and Event Fair with congress, a dedicated trade fair for people with disabilities and care needs.
